Greyland Maximum Eco Super Concentrate SC4 Washroom Cleaner & Sanitiser is a powerful, multi-sector washroom solution designed to deliver exceptional cleaning and hygiene at low cost in use. This general-purpose disinfectant cleaner rapidly removes watermarking, soap scum, limescale and general soiling, while cutting through bodyfat residues on common washroom surfaces. Suitable for use in both hard and soft water areas, SC4 is ideal for washbasins, sinks, tiles, cabinets, counters and tables in toilets, bathrooms and washroom environments across healthcare, education, hospitality and workplace settings.
Independently tested and certified to EN1276 at a 2% dilution, SC4 is effective against most common forms of bacteria including MRSA, helping to improve hygiene security. A 2% solution (15 ml to 750 ml water) passes BS EN 1276:2009 (including MRSA) with just 30 seconds contact time. The fresh floral fragrance leaves facilities smelling clean and inviting, while the super concentrate format reduces carbon footprint in production, storage and transit.

Instructions for Use
To achieve EN1276 performance:
- Prepare a 2% solution by adding 15 ml SC4 to 750 ml water (1:50 dilution) in a trigger bottle.
Application:
- Spray the diluted solution onto washroom surfaces such as washbasins, sinks, tiles, cabinets, counters and tables.
- Allow a minimum of 30 seconds contact time (or a few minutes for heavier soiling) so the product can penetrate limescale and dirt.
- Rinse off thoroughly with clean water.
- Buff surfaces to a shine with a soft, dry cloth.
Use regularly as part of your washroom cleaning routine for optimum hygiene and appearance.
Health & Safety Information
- Wear suitable protective gloves when handling the concentrate and during prolonged use.
- Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product label or container.
- Do not mix with other cleaning chemicals, especially strong acids, alkalis or bleach-based products.
- Use only on water-resistant surfaces and test on an inconspicuous area if unsure.
