Greyland Maximum Eco Water Based Floor Maintainer is a professional floor care solution designed to restore and maintain a high-gloss, non-slip finish on polished floors. Ideal for use on floors previously coated with metallised floor polish, this versatile maintainer removes scuff marks with ease while repairing and re-coating the surface to extend the life of your polish system. The pleasant perfume leaves cleaned areas smelling fresh and inviting, making it perfect for reception areas, corridors, retail spaces, schools and offices.

Formulated for both damp mopping and spray buffing, Maximum Eco Floor Maintainer helps you keep hard floors in peak condition with minimal effort. Used regularly, it maintains a durable, glossy, slip-resistant finish that enhances appearance and reduces the need for frequent stripping and re-polishing.

All Greyland products are supplied in robust containers with peelable, recyclable, chemical-resistant labels that stay clear and legible throughout use and support effective recycling. The plastic containers contain 51% recycled polymers, helping reduce environmental impact while delivering the reliability demanded in professional cleaning and floor maintenance.

Instructions for Use

Damp mopping:

• Dilute 1:10 with clean water.
• Mop the floor with the solution, rinsing accumulated dirt into a separate bucket of clean water.
• Allow the floor to dry completely.
• Machine buff to restore the shine.

Spray buffing:

• Dilute 1:10 with clean water in a suitable spray bottle.
• Spray a small amount onto the floor in front of the machine.
• Pass the floor machine over the area; three or four passes should clean, dry and shine the floor.
• Do not over-apply product.

Do not attempt to spray buff very dirty floors – these should first be mopped or scrubbed with a mild solvent-based detergent before using the floor maintainer.

• Wear suitable protective gloves when handling concentrates and during prolonged floor maintenance tasks.
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
• Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product label or container.
• Use only on suitable, sealed hard floors; test on a small inconspicuous area if unsure.
• Floors may become slippery if over-applied; always follow the recommended dilution and application rates.
• Store in the original, tightly closed container in a cool, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature.
