Greyland Maximum Eco Water Based Lemon Gel is a specially formulated hard surface cleaner designed to cut through even the heaviest deposits of oil, grease and grime. Ideal for high-volume areas in households, commercial premises and retail outlets, Lemon-Maximum delivers powerful cleaning while leaving a fresh, zesty lemon fragrance. Its non-abrasive formula gently cleans without stripping polished floors, making it suitable for regular maintenance as well as deeper cleaning tasks.

Safe for use on most floor types, including linoleum, PVC, sealed wood, cork and other sealed hard surfaces, Lemon Gel also provides excellent cleaning results on tiled walls and paintwork. It dissolves scuff and heel marks, and its low-foaming characteristics make it suitable for use with floor scrubbing machines as well as traditional damp mopping. Once the floor is dry, a high-speed floor machine can be used to burnish the surface to a bright, professional-looking shine.

All Greyland products are supplied in containers with peelable, recyclable, chemical-resistant labels that remain legible throughout use and support effective recycling. The plastic packaging contains 51% recycled polymers, helping to reduce environmental impact while maintaining robust, professional-grade performance.

Instructions for Use

Important: Always wear protective gloves and test on an inconspicuous area first. Do not use on French polished surfaces. Floors may be slippery when wet.

Dilution guide:

• Heavy soiling: Dilute 1:10 – 100 ml per 1 L of hot or warm water.
• General cleaning: Dilute 1:30 – 100 ml per 3 L of hot or warm water.
• Light soiling: Dilute 1:50 – 100 ml per 5 L of hot or cold water.

Application:

• Prepare the solution at the required dilution.
• Damp mop the floor or use in a floor scrubbing machine.
• Allow the floor to dry completely.
• Burnish with a high-speed floor machine and polishing pad to restore and enhance the shine.

Do not mix with other chemicals such as bleach or strong alkalis.

• Wear suitable protective gloves and appropriate PPE when handling, dispensing or using the product.
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
• Floors can be slippery when wet; always use warning signs and restrict access during cleaning.
• Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product label or container.
• Do not mix with other chemicals (e.g. bleaching products), as this may cause adverse reactions.
• Use only on suitable, sealed surfaces; do not use on French polished floors.
• Store in the original, tightly closed container in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature.
