Formulated from a blend of high-purity, food-safe acids, it effectively removes limescale deposits and traces of alkaline cleaning chemicals. Suitable for bain-maries, stainless steel water boilers, steamers, dishwashers, glasswashers and stainless steel pipework, Phos provides versatile descaling across food and catering environments.
Its concentrated formulation can be used undiluted for heavy scale build-up or diluted up to 1:100 for lighter cleaning, making it a practical solution for maintaining catering equipment.

Storage
- Store in the tightly closed original container.
- Maintain storage temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.

Instructions for Use
General Descaling:
Dilute Phos with water according to the area and level of scale build-up.
Soak the equipment in the solution for up to 4 hours, depending on the severity of scaling.
Remove the descaling solution.
Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
Descaling Containers:
Apply Phos undiluted directly to areas of scale build-up.
Fill the container with water.
Leave to soak for up to 4 hours, depending on the level of scaling.
Remove the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Dilution Guidance:
Heavy Scale Build-Up: Use undiluted.
Light-Duty Descaling: Dilute with up to 100 parts water.
Recirculatory Descaling: Dilute with up to 100 parts water.
