Greyland Maximum Eco Biotech BT4 Washroom Cleaner is a biotechnology-based solution designed to tackle the root causes of washroom odours and hygiene issues. Its advanced formula breaks down uric acid, organic soiling and limescale deposits within pipework and on surfaces, helping to prevent blockages and unpleasant smells while maintaining a clean, fresh environment. By targeting the source of odours rather than masking them, BT4 delivers long-lasting results in toilets, urinals and surrounding areas.

Ideal for use on all washroom surfaces, including floors, walls and around urinals, BT4 removes organic staining and residual urine deposits to keep facilities visibly cleaner and more inviting. It is safe to use with waterless urinals, Greyland BT6 Urinal Blocks and is compatible with septic tanks, offering significant water-saving benefits as part of a low-flush or waterless washroom system.

Simply spray or swab BT4 onto contaminated areas, work into the soiling, leave to act for a few minutes, then wipe away excess product and allow to dry without rinsing. Used regularly, it helps maintain an odour-free, hygienic washroom. All Greyland products use peelable, recyclable, chemical-resistant labels and containers made with 51% recycled polymers to support more sustainable cleaning operations.

Instructions for Use

For odour-free washrooms (surfaces, floors, walls):

• Spray or swab BT4 onto the contaminated surface.
• Work the product well into the soiling using a clean, damp cloth or mop.
• Leave for 2–3 minutes to allow the biotechnology to act.
• Wipe away any excess product.
• Do not rinse – allow the area to dry slowly.
• Repeat regularly until odour and staining problems are eradicated, then use routinely on soiled areas to maintain freshness.

For sinks and waste outlets / urinals:

• During quiet periods or at night, pour a small amount of BT4 directly into sink or urinal outlets.
• Allow product to work undisturbed to help eliminate scale, odours and blockages.

Health & Safety Information

• Wear suitable protective gloves when handling concentrates and during prolonged use.
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
• Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product label or container.
• Do not mix with strong acids, alkalis or other cleaning chemicals, as this may reduce product effectiveness or cause adverse reactions.
• Store upright in the original, tightly closed container in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
