The Hydromist HM40-120 is a compact, high performance carpet extractor built for dependable commercial use, combining strong pump pressure with efficient recovery to support faster drying times. With a powerful 120 psi system, it is designed to deliver effective deep cleaning across medium to large carpeted areas, while remaining practical to move, operate and maintain on site.
Supplied as standard with either a 6m or 15m hose, and the choice between a single or dual jet wand, the HM40-120 delivers controlled solution application and efficient water extraction, helping reduce drying time and improving turnaround in busy environments. High performance vacuum motors provide excellent solution recovery, minimising residual moisture left in the carpet after cleaning.
The machine is engineered for durability and long service life. Its high density, roto moulded housing is designed to withstand regular commercial handling, and the operator focused layout keeps key controls accessible. Front mounted power switches support convenient operation, and a front mounted drain hose allows quicker, cleaner emptying between jobs.
Transport is simplified with large 10 inch wheels and additional handle mounted transport wheels, making the unit easier to manoeuvre across thresholds and around buildings. A large 40 litre capacity supports longer cleaning runs with fewer refills, ideal for deep cleaning programmes.
An optional portable heater is available to enhance soil removal and improve overall cleaning performance.
