CHRISTEYNS (Clover) DIS01 Ultrawash Dishwash Dispenser (DIS01) is a two-pump dishwash chemical dispenser using the latest digital electronics and software for maximum flexibility in an easy-to-use format. It delivers reliable control with straightforward installation and maintenance, with detergent and rinse aid pumps housed in a water-resistant enclosure sealed to IP66. Programming is secured by a customisable numeric code, and wash cycles plus pump run times can be checked at the touch of a button. A universal system, it can be fitted to any industrial dish, glass, or tray washing machine.

Health & safety

During the descaling procedure, the chemical system must be turned OFF throughout

Machine Descaling Proceedure:

• Turn off automatic chemical dispensing system (switch located in bottom of the unit)
• Completely drain the dishwashing machine
• Refill with fresh, clean water
• Add 1 litre of PHOS descaler
• Turn machine on and wash continuously for minimum 10 minutes
• Turn machine off and check descaling action; if needed add another 1 litre PHOS and run a further 10 minutes
• Turn machine off and completely drain
• Refill with fresh clean water and wash continuously for 2–5 minutes
• Turn machine off and completely drain
• Open door, inspect wash area, and clean detergent sensor with scourer
• Turn machine and chemical dispensing system ON
